If you are experiencing a crisis there are several numbers listed below. Although you may feel alone, you are not alone in your situation. Please seek help and call 911 if you are having an emergency.
We are here to help you, please don't give up. It might be hard to believe but we understand your pain is real and we want you to know we are real too. Please seek help. Our community is actively trying to bring resources and trained professionals for our members in the community. Our goals include helping people who may be at risk and also teaching others what they can do to help.
We are locals here in your town who want to create resources for you and provide you with tools and options of getting help through this difficult period in your life.
24-Hour Crisis Lines for you or family:
The 24-Hour Crisis Line provides immediate help to individuals, families and friends of people in emotional crisis. We can help you determine if you or your loved one needs professional consultation and we can link you to the appropriate services. We are a primary source for linking Seattle-King County residents to emergency mental health services. Help is just a phone call away. Call us now!
We also provide immediate language interpretation in more than 155 languages.
To provide you with the best possible assistance, we need to speak with you directly on the phone. By talking with you anonymously and confidentially, we are best able to find out the specifics of your situation and work with you to find effective answers. We are not equipped to respond to crisis oriented emails.
More comfortable chatting? We are part of a national crisis chat network.
